As long as the drivers for the audio interface you want to use are working properly, it shouldn't be a problem, though if I remember correctly, they have to be the same driver model. (For example, if you're using ASIO drivers, both audio interfaces should support ASIO. The other alternative is WDM, which has a bit more latency.)

From there, it's just a case of selecting the correct output under the Mixer's Master output channel.
