Hello.

I've been happily using a XH-A1 Canon HDV video camera for the last few years. Suddenly yesterday the battery level icon disappeared from the flip-out screen and the eye-piece. It is still visible and working on the display on the side of the camera. Does anybody know what is happening? Can this be rectified?
